DescrizionePremesso che il D.P.C.M. 22 settembre 2014 consente alle P.A. di dare attuazione all’obbligo di pubblicazione dell’Indicatore di tempestivita’ dei pagamenti previsto dall’art. 33 comma1 dlgs 33/2013, cosi’ come modificato dal DL 66/2014. La norma prevede la pubblicazione di un indicatore dei propri tempi medi di pagamento relativo agli acquisti di beni servizi e forniture denominato indicatore trimestrale e di tempestivita’ dei pagamenti.
